Acceptable use policy

Effective 7 October 2026

Touchline Studio is for planning and sharing football coaching. This policy applies to everyone who uses it: coaches, assistant coaches, players and parents. It forms part of our Terms and conditions.

Protecting children and players

You must not post, upload or share:

• players' personal details beyond a first name or nickname and a shirt number, such as surnames, phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, schools, medical, injury or family information;
• photos or videos of players;
• anything sexual, or anything that sexualises, endangers or exploits a child;
• contact details or messages that invite private one-to-one contact with players under 18.

Content that isn't allowed

• Anything unlawful, or that encourages crime.
• Threats, harassment, bullying or abuse, including about other teams, players, referees or parents.
• Discrimination or hate based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or any other protected characteristic.
• Content that infringes someone else's rights, such as copied material or club badges you don't have permission to use.
• False or misleading information meant to deceive, spam, scams or advertising.

Using the service properly

• Don't try to access accounts, teams or data that aren't yours, or share your password.
• Don't probe, scan, overload or attack the service, or try to get around its security or plan limits.
• Don't copy, scrape, resell or republish the drill library, animations or software.
• Don't use automated tools to create accounts or send requests.

Reporting and what we do

Report anything that breaks this policy with Report a concern at the bottom of any player page, or email admin@keefecodes.com. Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, unpublish a page, suspend or close an account, and report it to the police or other authorities. Where a child may be at risk, we act first and explain afterwards. See our Safeguarding page.

If we've removed something of yours and you think we got it wrong, email us and we'll review it.
